Use your HTU login to access. After logging in, you will see an overview of all users on the homepage. You can use the filter to find the groups relevant to you. The following organizations have authorization groups in the system and can use the respective filter.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The groups are named according to a scheme. It is not intended to revoke these authorizations. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here you can revoke (&#8220;Delete&#8221;) or add (&#8220;Add&#8221;) authorizations for people.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"330\" src=\"https:\/\/htu.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/Screenshot-2024-03-26-133857-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8665\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The add dialog works as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filter by the person&#8217;s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the checkbox for the respective person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the person by moving them to the right side<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat 1-3 until you have all desired people on the right, then save with &#8220;Add&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The user management system is accessible at https:\/\/ipa.htu-wien.ac.at.
