These can be modified in the printer properties. Some programs like Microsoft Office also integrate the configuration options into their UI.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The screenshots on this page refer to the program-independent settings page. This can be accessed differently depending on the program. In such a case, the printer must be <a href=\"https:\/\/htu.at\/en\/?page_id=23465\">set up<\/a> again. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paper Feed<\/h2>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The printers are equipped with paper cassettes containing A4 and A3 recycled paper. The cassettes are locked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to use your own paper, you can select <strong>Manual Feed<\/strong> in the &#8220;Paper Feed&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"324\" height=\"216\" src=\"https:\/\/htu.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-62.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30232\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The manual feed is located on the right side. First open the flap, then insert the paper. This can staple, fold, or punch the finished printed documents if needed. These options can be set in the &#8220;Finishing&#8221; tab of the settings.  <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-grid wp-container-core-group-is-layout-d8d60918 wp-block-group-is-layout-grid\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Punching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documents can be punched with two or four holes on the left side:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"230\" src=\"https:\/\/htu.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-66.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30236\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stapling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documents can be stapled either in the corner or on the left side:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"313\" height=\"286\" src=\"https:\/\/htu.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-63.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30233\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Folding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Documents can be folded in half. You can choose whether to fold inward or outward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"312\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/htu.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-64.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-30234\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group wp-container-content-4471a044 is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saddle Stitching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saddle stitching combines stapling and folding to print booklets.
