The current situation in Iran is very concerning. We know that some students may be directly affected or have loved ones in the region. In such circumstances, it can be helpful to talk and seek support.
The Social Affairs Office (SozRef) is offering counseling sessions for students affected by the situation:
- April 16th, 2026: 13:00 – 14:00
- April 30th, 2026: 13:00 – 14:00
The counseling is open to all students who feel affected by the current situation, whether personally or through family and friends. You are welcome to come by, ask questions or simply talk.
Our office is the Social Affairs Office (SozRef), located at Karlsplatz 13, Hof 1, Stiege 4, ground floor, 1040 Vienna.
If you would like to talk to someone anonymously, you can also contact Nightline Wien. It is a listening service from students for students and offers confidential conversations.
