OVE/HTU Lab

The OVE/HTU Lab is an open and free student lab run by the HTU at TU Wien on the Gußhausstraße campus.

It enables students to realize academic and private projects with professional infrastructure, regardless of financial means or institute affiliation: electronics and measurement workstations, SMD/repair equipment, and modern digital fabrication (3D printing, CNC, laser) are available.

All in an environment designed for hands-on work and prototyping.

A height-adjustable and barrier-free workstation is also available.

The machine room (Carvera, xTool F1 Ultra, xTool P2S, xTool MetalFab) is under construction and should open during the year.

Access

To gain access, a general introductory course must be completed in Moodle.
