The HTU funds projects with €1300 or €2600 for projects with particularly high student relevance and supports you with a ticket shop and/or IT infrastructure! You can find the exact requirements in the project funding guidelines of the Economics Department (or below).

Who can apply?
All natural and legal persons can apply for funding. Furthermore, student representatives, faculty representatives, Departments of HTU and larger groups of TU students (e.g. IAESTE, BEST, Buddy-Network, …) can apply for funding.
Student factions and groups campaigning for election are without exception not eligible for HTU project funding.
How do I get funding?
There are at least two HTU project funding meetings per semester in which it is decided whether and to what extent submitted projects are approved.
The meetings in the winter semester 2025 are on
WsSe:
04.11.2025 at 1 pm
14.01.2026 at 2 pm (Didn’t decide yet)
27.01.2026 at 11 am (Replacement for 14.01.2026)
SoSe:
14.4.2026 at 12 pm
16.6.2026 at 12 pm
Applications must be submitted at least one week before a meeting so that they can be dealt with in the corresponding meeting. Your project may only be in the planning phase at the time of submission. You can find the exact requirements in the Project Funding Guidelines of the Department of Finance.
