How does tax consultation work?

On-site appointments

  • Where? Karlsplatz 13 Hof 1, Staircase 4, Ground Floor
  • How? Come to the office without an appointment; depending on how busy it is, there may be a wait.
    Please knock and let us know you’re there; otherwise, no one will know you’re waiting.

Online appointments

Note

Email consultation is not possible for tax matters, as misunderstandings can easily arise. Direct contact with the tax advisory service for free consultation is not provided. The student union (HTU) only covers the mentioned appointments.

Most tax matters can be handled online via FinanzOnline. For this, you need an ID Austria. Our tax advisor can then help you directly with filling out the forms. Alternatively, you can still submit paper forms to the tax office. Deadlines are earlier for paper submissions.
