Benefits

The positions at HTU are on a voluntary basis, so you do not enter into an employment relationship with us and can flexibly arrange your involvement by agreement.

Additionally, we can offer you the following benefits:

An office at the university (main building of TU Wien, Karlsplatz 13, 1040 Vienna)
Access to our kitchen with free coffee
Funding for your project ideas
ECTS credits, which you can use for Transferable Skills or Free Electives (up to 8 ECTS per semester)
Up to four tolerance semesters for family and study grants
Waiver of tuition fees for up to four additional semesters
Reduction of mandatory attendance in courses by 30%
A functional fee of up to 220€*

* Functional fee as a clerk up to 220€, as a speaker up to 310€, as a finance officer up to 550€

* The functional fee is subject to taxation but not to social security contributions. More info here.
