Finance Committee

The Finance Committee deals with the financial affairs of HTU Wien and the conclusion of legal transactions that require a resolution from the professionally responsible committee of the University Representation, according to § 42 para. 2 HSG 2014. The Head of Finance must be a member of the Finance Committee as an advisory person with speaking and motion rights.

The main task of the Finance Committee is to approve expenditures between €9,000 and €18,000 and to advise the University Representation on financial matters. Topics such as annual budgets, annual financial statements, or contracts are also discussed.

Committee meetings are generally open to the public. Just drop by!
