Feel free to send an email to sozial@htu.at at any time. If you have received a letter from the tax office or the study grant office, please send it as a PDF. To clarify if an ECTS certificate is sufficient, please send us your complete transcript including failed exam attempts as a PDF.
Our office is the Social Affairs Department at Karlsplatz 13, Hof 1, Stiege 4, EG, 1040 Vienna. If you go right into the study room, it’s the second door on the left. (Google Maps)

Complaints to TU
The Ombudsman’s Office for Study and Teaching is a point of contact for TU students regarding everyday university matters. It can advise, support, and mediate. It contacts those responsible and works with them to find solutions.
