Dear fellow students,
we may introduce: the HTU Core Workout.
Core exercises, exercises such as planks, sit-ups and superman, in a broader sense also squats or burpees are unfortunately one thing above all: strenuous.
However, there is hardly any better training to prepare the body for the various stresses in everyday life and to prevent many complaints.
In order to get off to a good start in this type of training and to stay tuned, we want to give everything together outdoors and to motivating music.
There are different levels of difficulty for each exercise, so there is the right intensity for everyone.
Here are the details:
When:
Every Monday from Feb 9, 2026 to June 29, 2026, except on public holidays
from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Where:
Gusshaus courtyard
Schedule:
- 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Training
- 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM Stretching
- Everyone is welcome to come and go at any time
Equipment:
Sportswear adapted to the outside temperature, ideally in layers on colder days
Fitness mat, if available; they can also be borrowed
