Committee Examinations (3rd and 4th Attempt)
Exam Observation & Inspection by Student Representatives
For student representatives: You are allowed to observe and document exams and partial assessments of LVAs. For this, you need a reason (usually: to prevent or document expected grievances; however, there are no specific requirements for what kind of reason it must be), and you must submit the corresponding signed form to the LVA management and the responsible Dean of Studies by two working days before the exam date (you need the signature from the chairperson, please consider this regarding deadlines). Furthermore, you are allowed to inspect exam documents in addition to or instead of students. For this, you need the power of attorney and a copy of the ID from the respective student (one power of attorney per student and exam date) and a confirmation from the chairperson (reusable, available from us and the chairperson).
